Crystal Earrings

We feel confident that you will be happy with your purchase, but should this not be the case, we offer an extended returns period of 30 days for earrings that have not been worn.

Under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to cancel this order and we ask that you notify us by email, within 30 days of receipt.

 

We will respond to all return requests within 48 hours, confirming our returns address, which is not the same as our registered address. 

 

Our refund policy is exclusive of shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as dispatched and in the original packaging.  For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund earrings that have been worn.  If possible, please also include your sales receipt.

 

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and confirmed by email.
